I think it depends on your skin or body if you’ll get a side effects from using it but, for me and my daughter we are not seeing any bad effects.

As far as I’ve been using this, I’m not getting any side effects. Maybe you’ll get a side effect if you use a light in a wrong way.

For me, I don’t see any side effects on using this therapy. When it comes to allergies, blue light can help treating that.

That is true, you may also use green light to reduce the redness of your skin.

For my opinion, if you get a side effects better to rush to your doctor. Been using this therapy for some time now but no bad result.

Personally speaking, I have not any bad effects after using RLT for several months now. Aside from the energy I am getting and being hyper, I cannot think of anything else lol.

The only side effect I think will happen are minor burns if you use it for a long time but nothing to worry about.

Hi, if you happen to get a minor burns like that, I think you can use the green light to reduce the redness of your skin.

@MissOi- Really? I thought 20 mins is the maximum time of using this therapy?

Even though this type of treatment is generally very safe, negative effects may occur. As a consequence of light therapy, patients can complain of irritability, headaches and eye strain. Though very few cases.
