    Is Sauna more beneficial than just regular lamp/LED light?

    @memyselfandi as per researching they both are just as beneficial as the other. The only difference is when you use infrared light for a sauna, it will not heat the air around you. Instead, they use infrared lamps (that use electromagnetic radiation) to warm your body directly.

    I’ve also found out that you may also try the green light for sauna for relaxation and calming effect.

    Hi, blue for sauna also give the benefits of relaxations. It also a treatment if you have a headache, migraines, cold, stress and other stuffs.
