    Hey Maxine,
    I think the infrared sauna treatment is a great idea! Your skin will look firmer and it will increase your blood flow..
    But sone things to bare in mind;

    1.Avoid alcohol during treatment period.
    2. Keep hydrated and charged as you will be loosing huge amounts due to sweating.
    3.Keep a thermometer near by to avoid over heating yourself.
    4.Do not do treatment if you have been injured under 48 hrs (a fracture, wound, etc)as this might worsen.
    I hope this helped…

If you have more tips when it comes to building a DIY infrared sauna I am very much interested. Please keep me posted.

    Hi Skinnygirl!
    Yes! you can make your DIY sauna! and It is less expensive than going to the sauna every now and then. Also it is safer than sharing it with other outside.

    If you are interested you can check out this website and browse through their NIR sauna items.

    WOW kimmy those are great finds. thank you for sharing that to us. I might want to put up my own sauna then. Per session is quite a lot of money than having your own, ain’t it?

    @DefianceLulu and they are not open as of now as far as I know. So I guess having your own is very practical and useful. Your family can also enjoy it, not just you on a spa day.

    I agree Ozuna, It is quite expensive to go there when you want to. Unlike when you have it at home and you can also use some of the bulbs if not in use in the sauna as a night lamp.

    I just want to share my experience on using the red light therapy. After using this for a couple of months I can say that my skin became so healthy and a lot of things. I’ll continue on using this.

    That’s great to hear @ladycaroool01! You should try to install a DIY sauna as well.
