Young ones can also use this to speed up the recovery of their muscles.

Hi, Red light therapy has found safe to use for kids. it is free of major side-effects. But, just to clarify some concerns you may also consult your healthcare provider.

Indeed, this is safe for kids specially after their workout. Like us they can also get the benefits of faster recovery of the muscles and to boost their immune system.

Sport active kids can also benefit because it can calm them and change their mood. They will be more active and energetic throughout the day. They will be motivated to do their sports because muscle and joint pain will not hinder them.

Totally agree with this. Not just kids but some athletes are using this therapy to help them relax their muscles faster.

This is actually true, I just tried this after a long of carrying my bags on my back and the pain is killing me. But, after I use the redlight my muscle’s recovery and relief are very fast.

So, I tried this after my leg day and it really works! It’s more effective than a pain reliever lol

So, I’ve found this thread and like what I’ve said on the other thread. My hands and wrist are always in pain because of everyday work. Is this really good for treating this?
