Hmm I’ll also agree with this. Before when I’m having a sleeping problem I’m always depressed. But, when I started using the red light I’m more relaxed when I woke up and more good night sleep.

I do not have depression though I have problems with my immune system hence using RLT. But I see the effects you are all having is happening to me too. Before RLT i tend to be always tired and feel down because of it. Now I feel energized and happy. My sleeping patterns are not disturbed too.

I just want to add, if you’re having some depression problems. Then, you may try the green light therapy. It can help you to relax and it can reduce some redness on your skin. Just don’t use it directly to your eyes because it might hurt you.

I believe it does help with depression too. I have a dog who’s anxiety is always triggered by small things, when he was exposed to me using the RLT, he now more calm and relax.
