Well, as for me I’m using red light before bed, and green light every morning to boost my energy. You may give a try of using the green light before starting your day.

Hi, I just read from an article that green light is not recommended before bed time. Because the greenlight can help your body to be awake and is really similar with the blue light.

Oh yeah, that is true @marklesterer01. Green light also can be use to treat redness of skin and relaxation.
