I am using it to boost my immune system. I have a weak immune system. RLT and NIR therapy really helps with my immune system. I do not know exactly how as I cannot go to the hospitals to do so, that is why I bought one for me at home and eversince, I’ve been feeling better
I do not personally like it at first because I think it is just a waste of money. But after using it for my muscle pain. I can say that it helps me relax and sleep well. My wife is now asking for me to buy her the mask as she can see that some pigmentation on my body and inflammations are slowly healing too. I am glad I bought a red lamp.
My general recommendation is that if you want to treat deeper tissues, prioritize near-infrared over red light. The more you want to treat skin issues, prioritize red light. Thatβs a general principle you can use to tailor your choice of a light to your unique needs keeping in mind that both types of light will work for most purposes.
Good news! My dad is now using RLT too! I convinced him to use it for 2 months and see if there will be a relevant impact on his health. I am so happy.
