Anna KParticipant
I did my research on this and there have been no knows side effects for using red light therapy. Which is such a relief! I love my lights and I have been getting great skin, lesser headaches and menstrual cramps. I am currently monitoring if my hair will grow healthier as well. It’s been so amazing!
Anna KParticipantBased on research – Red light therapy can also increase nitric oxide, the compound that heals the cells and increases the blood flow which may help to stimulate healing and strengthen your immune system to defend against disease; regulate your blood pressure and reduce inflammation. Basically, again as mentioned on the other comments, it’s not just for the immune system and should not be the only source as for how you make it stronger.

Anna KParticipantI hope this thread is still active. I really hope I can share my journey when it comes to using red light therapy. I had terrible acne back then and I want my acne scars to be gone. It’s embarrasing.
Anna KParticipantThat’s something to ponder! Altho, I have read tons when it comes to red light or near infared light therapy helping with immunity boosting. It may not cure coronavirus but it will help with strengthening the immune system.
