How quickly will red light therapy work? Hmm, I think I see the result on the 2nd week of using it daily. So, it depends on how often you’re doing your therapy.
Actually I’ll agree with this. My dad is always in good mood now. He used to have a very bad day because of work. So, I think this really treat depression.
Like what I’ve read on the other thread, is green tea really a good combination for skin treatment with red light?

@gudemama – I’m sure your husband’s blood pressure will lower after a few weeks of using this therapy. My dad is using this for a quiet some time, and his blood pressure is now normal.
Like what I’ve mentioned last month, my dad is having a good benefits from it so this is really good for senior citizens.
So, it’s my 7th week of using this and I really love effects on my beauty rest. My body is more relaxed and I can sleep more than before. Will continue on using this.
Based on the question of this thread, I’m using the red light for my sleeping and relaxation. I think it depends on what you need for your body.

To be honest, after my dad started using the red light therapy he’s now more relax and he can sleep properly.
