@bigmomma that’s a good thing to know. some old people find protection kind of irritating and refuse to use it.

@bigmomma there will be a lot of difference especially if you are going to use the wrong light for the treatment that you want. It may benefit you in a different way but not the way you want to.

Sport active kids can also benefit because it can calm them and change their mood. They will be more active and energetic throughout the day. They will be motivated to do their sports because muscle and joint pain will not hinder them.

With skin/surface treatments, you want to be further away from the light (which lowers the light intensity and covers a broader area of your body) for an overall lower dose. With deeper tissues, you want to be closer to the light (which increases the light intensity) for an overall higher dose.

Because red light stimulates both collagen and elastin production, dramatically reduces lines and wrinkles, as well as the appearance of scars, surface varicose veins, acne, and cellulite, RLT is fast becoming recognized as a safe and welcome alternative to injections and surgeries for anti-aging and skin rejuvenation.

I guess so too, since you said they are active, Not only does it improve muscular performance, but it also reduces muscular fatigue and muscle damage that is ubiquitous with exercise.

Well, based on the comments here I guess red light really does help with anti-aging though as far as I know when it comes to skin care a few precautions or rules are needed to be followed just like distance to the light and other stuff. Correct me if I am wrong.

It is really up to you when you think it is suitable for you to use it. There is no right or wrong time on when you can use it. You can all take the advice of all us here, but still you are still the one follow your own schedule it is not necessarily strict.
