@Justine Charles. me too! I never knew. LOL
DefianceLuluParticipantPinkComet, what kind of helmet is that? I am kinda curious I will look it up as well.
DefianceLuluParticipant@HilaryFairy I guess that will work if you are using LED red light. I would suggest to use these RubyLux Basic Goggles if you are using infrared lights. These goggles block the overwhelming majority of infrared light and brightness of visible light- and they even protect against UV rays! (Note: RubyLux bulbs do not emit UV rays.)

If you are interested you can check it out here on this article
DefianceLuluParticipant@catherine I tried that too. But it did not work for me. have you tried that feature in this forum?

DefianceLuluParticipantI agree Ozuna, It is quite expensive to go there when you want to. Unlike when you have it at home and you can also use some of the bulbs if not in use in the sauna as a night lamp.

I am also planning to put up my own sauna after reading this thread in this forum INFRARED SAUNA
you might want to check that out as well. Though, comments here are satisfying enough already.
DefianceLuluParticipantWOW kimmy those are great finds. thank you for sharing that to us. I might want to put up my own sauna then. Per session is quite a lot of money than having your own, ain’t it?
DefianceLuluParticipantOh that’s great to know. I thought it is not safe to use the red light bulbs when sleeping as it may cause something bad. But I guess I do not have to worry at all. Thank you girls. You are all wonderful!
DefianceLuluParticipantI thought I am the only one who cannot see the post. Waiting for the repost.
DefianceLuluParticipantLittle red, I guess it depends on what are you going to use it for.
For beginners I think I might suggest to use the red light therapy bulbs first to see the effect for them then upgrade to NIR lights.
DefianceLuluParticipantMarianne, can you suggest a good eye protection when using NIR light lamp?
