I also use SAD light that I bought from RubyLux. I am an alone man for 2 years already. it helps me think positive and do things I was not normally doing before having this light.

I agree @CutiePie03 it is really irritating and kind of a nuisance especially to someone like me wearing eyeglasses.

Hi everyone. I am back and wants to let you know that our DIY infrared sauna is already up. IT IS AWESOME! me and my wife are now bonding inside that sauna (because we made it big enough for three people). We had a great time and enjoyed every session of it. I recommend you guys try it too.

I believe if you will to create a sauna. You should use infrared light. Because it produces heats to the body which gives effect of it being “sauna”. We are planning to build one so that’s what we read.

I do not personally like it at first because I think it is just a waste of money. But after using it for my muscle pain. I can say that it helps me relax and sleep well. My wife is now asking for me to buy her the mask as she can see that some pigmentation on my body and inflammations are slowly healing too. I am glad I bought a red lamp.

I also read about that on RubyLux’s website. Some guy did a home infrared sauna out of the infrared bulbs. I wish I have enough space for me to do that too. That might be awesome.
