Oh that’s even better. Do you have any idea what kind of sports it is normally used?

HoneyParticipant@Marianne I am. But not that much I still enjoy the RLT more than the IRL since I do not enjoy the heat.

I guess by reading your comments, he might eventually like it.
HoneyParticipantHey Paige. Yes, they are all true. It heals my acne scars on my face and some in my back. It was a great decision because I have a sensitive skin and using treatments can sometimes make them go crazy
HoneyParticipantIt does have a positive effect on my sleep too. I sleep better and wake up lesser too during the night.
HoneyParticipantWe are all not sure about this because even experts do not know the solution just yet but I think smith becky is correct at the same time. it has an indirect effect.
HoneyParticipantHi guys, Honey here. I am still using my red light as part of my skin care routine. A friend of mine said that it will be better if I add blue light with red light. You think that is a good idea?
HoneyParticipantHi, I am new on this forum. Usually I enjoy reading reviews online and come across this forum. I’ve been using red light for a couple of months now. I enjoy it and quite like the results it has on my muscles and mood. I do not know that you can use it as a skin care too! Thank you so much guys. I remembered when I was in high school, when we have doctor’s appointment I would see this red lights and was fascinated by it. Now I know it has lots of benefits.
HoneyParticipantlittlered, I guess it depends on how you will use it. If you are going to simultaneously use it. I guess that is the better option but if you are going to use both at the same time. You should probably consider just using one. I do not know but we do not want to risk your skin/health right?
