JennylisaParticipant
That is so sweet of you @Ozuna. Happy Holidays to come indeed for your neighbor.
JennylisaParticipantI am just using it before because it was recommended by a family member. Now I am seeing a lot of benefits.
JennylisaParticipantI think it is also a great add on booster for younger generation.
JennylisaParticipantI am using mine for months now and I can say that if you are going to use it to heal some of your body pains, I would say that it may take some time. Unlike if you will use it for pigmentation, as a skin care or to relax. It will just take a few weeks or so.

That’s why it was so fast. Are you using another product aside from RLT? I am using mine for sore muscles and skin pigmentations on my body though.
JennylisaParticipantI agree with @RoseBud you can make yourself a lot more occupied by doing things you like or learning new things. There’s a clear relationship between environmental light — sunlight — and mood, what light therapy attempts to do is to overcome a little bit of that lack of light with artificial light.
JennylisaParticipantCarol, welcome to the club then lol! It was already recommended to me by my mom who is using this to heal some of her inflammations.
JennylisaParticipantI am using a regular sunglasses though. You think that’s enough protection or I need to upgrade to protecting googles too?
JennylisaParticipantHello all, I all agree with you. Some therapies really does depends on your skin and body type and not all are suitable for others compared to some. So you can try and wait for great results or consult first your doctor to see if he/she have better idea/options for you.
