@SuzyLou – that is true, each light has their own benefits and use. Some people are getting the result on the 2nd week and some are the 3rd. So, it depends on their body and how they use it.

I’ve been using this therapy for my sleeping problem but I also found out that my mood became so good and I’m always relaxed when I woke up. Well, unlike before it feels like my body is always tired haha.
