Consistency and proper use is key for effective red light therapy. For optimal results with a high-quality, LED-based device, follow these basics for general wellness benefits: • Position yourself about 6 inches from the device • Expose your skin for best results • Approximately 10-minute treatment times per coverage area • Daily use is ideal • Any time of day

@Ozuna, I think she should start with red light therapy because as far as I know, infrared light produces heat and that might not be something she would like for the first time specially she doesn’t know yet the benefits of infrared light therapy for her. You should let her start for something mild and easy to use first.

I guess the thought was passed on properly here. I mean, It can somehow help with your health but we should not primarily depend on the NIR and RLT per se.

I guess that what most health practitioners all over the world is telling everybody to build a stronger immunity so if in any case the virus hits them it won’t affect them that much unlike those who have weaker immune system. And as per the comments above me, I agree. Indirectly, it helps reduce the infection in our bodies.

    Hi Skinnygirl!
Yes! you can make your DIY sauna! and It is less expensive than going to the sauna every now and then. Also it is safer than sharing it with other outside.

If you are interested you can check out this website and browse through their NIR sauna items.

Anna K, I recommend you to try and sleep with a red bulb lights. You can use it as a night stand light just change the bulb of your lamp and you will be well rested for tomorrow. I have been moody before whenever I woke up early, but right now it does not bother me anymore.
