    The only side effect I think will happen are minor burns if you use it for a long time but nothing to worry about.

    I saw a bulb shared by other user here on the forum with red and blue light. MY PRAYERS WERE ANSWERED lol. I will use that so that I do not need to choose!!

    I think it also depend on the device that we will use if we need to cover or protect our eyes.

    Patients sometimes also experience a flare of acne that is transitory in nature.

    Photosensitivity reactions triggered by light involve redness, stinging and burning and they usually subside three weeks after the treatment. These are some risk light therapy might cause if you do not know your condition/s.

    Ohh that’s a new word for me. I will go check it out as well and read just like what i did for RLT and other light therapy colors.

    I tried using different light colors as I said. Though they are all very true to what they promise to be, I think I might stick to one light. I am thinking red or blue. What do you guys think?
