Yes it does work. Your individual results depend on you and your body. The difference between good and great results solely rests on the individual, and how committed they are to truly reaching their goal.
littleredParticipantactually my hospital used that to me when I was a kid but I forgot already what it was for.
littleredParticipantplease let me know if it effective and what does it looks like and lastly where can I buy it? My bestfriend have this.
littleredParticipantohh. Thank you all so much for the knowledge. Do you happen to know what kind or what PBM looks like?
littleredParticipantThe only side effect I think will happen are minor burns if you use it for a long time but nothing to worry about.
littleredParticipantcan anyone tell what is hyper-pigmentation and what does it looks like?
littleredParticipantThank you all so much for your concern and for the suggestions and opinions. I am enjoying both light now and see that combined light can also be a thing. Thanks for that recommendation. <3
littleredParticipantI saw a bulb shared by other user here on the forum with red and blue light. MY PRAYERS WERE ANSWERED lol. I will use that so that I do not need to choose!!
littleredParticipant@marjorie1969 that’s a lot to take in but thank you. I am not really a techy/science girl but I do understand a little lol.
littleredParticipantooh what a great schedule. I will share that to my dad who started using RLT too! he likes going to the gym to even at the age of 56 hehe.
littleredParticipant@misspurple that’s a cute googles. where’d you get that?
October 28, 2020 at 7:35 pm in reply to: How can RLT improve eyesight when eyes are to be covered #1148littleredParticipantI think it also depend on the device that we will use if we need to cover or protect our eyes.
littleredParticipantPatients sometimes also experience a flare of acne that is transitory in nature.
Photosensitivity reactions triggered by light involve redness, stinging and burning and they usually subside three weeks after the treatment. These are some risk light therapy might cause if you do not know your condition/s.
littleredParticipantOhh that’s a new word for me. I will go check it out as well and read just like what i did for RLT and other light therapy colors.
littleredParticipantI tried using different light colors as I said. Though they are all very true to what they promise to be, I think I might stick to one light. I am thinking red or blue. What do you guys think?
