littleredParticipantThat’s the gift I convinced my dad to getting too! What do you think about that lamp?
littleredParticipantGood news! My dad is now using RLT too! I convinced him to use it for 2 months and see if there will be a relevant impact on his health. I am so happy.
littleredParticipantOhh biversen, thank you so much for the input. I actually own a mask light therapy. You think if I use green light on my mask it will work just like bulbs for migraines? If not I think I need to buy green bulbs then.
Good thing I am not light sensitive though I am easily irritated by loud sounds that would sometimes trigger migraines.
littleredParticipantThank you guys so much for the tips. Do you have any red light bulbs that you can recommend for a first timer like me?
littleredParticipantHello Bambi, I cannot seem to see the house rules. Please repost it so we can see it. Thank you and hope to hear from you.
littleredParticipantthis thread is a great read my dear ladies. Thank you so much. Makes me want to switch and at the same time try different colors of light as it may beneficial as well. Do you know what light is better for headaches or migraines?
littleredParticipantcatherine… thank you so much for answering. I was wondering what were the difference between the two. Do you think if I use both lights there will be a conflict or it will turn out better than I will expect? I am so sorry if I am asking way too much questions…
littleredParticipantAre those better than blue light?
littleredParticipantI am using blue light. Do you think I should switch to red light now because of its benefits? I am not expecting it to miraculously heal all my acne at once because blue light therapy has been great as well. Or should I ask an expert too?
