We’re on the same page. I actually have a lot of questions still even I am already using RLT. But as browsing through these threads, some of them were answered.
Loveyou3000Participantwhat is a sad light lamp?
Loveyou3000ParticipantThis is the first time I heard of it too, sounds interesting if they are the same can anyone show me what PBM looks like?
Loveyou3000ParticipantYes! I believe that is also one popular reason why some men and women are using RLT, that it can reduce body fat. It popular also for those who are active on workouts, gym and any other physical activities not just because it helps with their muscles but helps with fat loss.
Loveyou3000ParticipantThanks for the advice but I guess I will stick with red light first and see what others think if it can “reverse” the photodamage the sun has caused my skin.

Loveyou3000ParticipantI see, i think I will do the same @paupau001 though I am not living with my parents. I might tell them about it when I visit them during the holidays.
Loveyou3000Participant@leydicarol001 actually, there’s a lot of lights available for therapy. There’s red, green, blue, yellow and purple.
Loveyou3000Participantnear-infrared and red light therapy are incredibly powerful tools you can use to dramatically enhance your health. As I said at the beginning of this book, if there were a drug that had scientific research showing all these benefits, it would be an absolute blockbuster drug for pharmaceutical companies – it would be hailed as a “miracle drug” and prescribed to basically everyone.
Loveyou3000ParticipantLow-level laser therapy is a form of medicine that applies low-level lasers or light-emitting diodes to the surface of the body. So they are kind of the same.

Loveyou3000ParticipantI guess they are quite normal for LED lights such as what we are using in our therapy. Generally because of the wavelength of each led.
Loveyou3000ParticipantHere is a study about the effect of red light for some allergies. I hope this helps.
Effect of Red Light Rhinophototherapy on Nasal Patency in Patients with Allergic Rhinitis
Loveyou3000ParticipantAs I read, yes it does help with thyroid and that is why it is also effective in helping with hair loss.
