@misspurple you should browse their website. They are sometimes throwing big discounts. Maybe this holiday they will again.

@masterpopo and @GeoLad I guess to whichever you are comfortable. They are just almost identical to each other. it’s just that IRL penetrates deeper and produces body heat that causes the person to sweat.

@memyselfandi if you have a lot of time, here is a very thorough study about what you are asking for.

The Rationale for Photobiomodulation Therapy of Vaginal Tissue for Treatment of Genitourinary Syndrome of Menopause

It does have a lot of proof and you can see there is a specific device that produces red light specifically for the vagina.

Oh that’s great. I haven’t thought about that. This is a great idea specially now that it’s holiday season. I will go and give something for my dad too. He’s been complaining about his back as it is always sore.

I am initially using it only during morning. Then after this forum I tried using my RL during sunset too. I have not seen drastic changes yet. However, I am having great dreams now. Which is something new because normally when I dream I do not remember if I did dream or not. But now I can remember clearly. I am not sure if that has anything to do directly with RL though.

I see, thank you for that mischiefofmrsred. That’s a great read. I agree that when we get older our eyesight will decline but if we take care of it, it’ll last. So, do what your eyes are comfortable with.

Hello @bigmomma, I am not personally sure if there will be any difference when it comes to the result. But for the feeling; you see infrared light produces heat and this might be uncomfortable for you. If you think that is something you won’t be comfortable with, stick with led red light or the mask.RubyLux Highest Intensity LED Light Therapy Mask with Neck Piece

There’s a lot of brand out there that can always suit your needs. You just gotta check what will work for you and your budget. Budget and quality wise I say that RubyLux did not disappoint me and my friends. If you want to check out other cool stuff from their store, you can just click this link.

Red Light Rhino phototherapy Treatment on rhinitis symptoms, including nasal congestion, significantly improved after a single RLRPT treatment. However, the improvement of rhinitis symptoms after RLRPT may have been affected by placebo-effects. On the other hand, one RLRPT treatment did not objectively improve patient’s nasal patency, but the actual effect of RLRPT on nasal patency still requires further investigation.

@MomOfGrace yes I am trying it now and it is safe for me to say that I think my face looks more energized if that even makes sense.

I am not talking about a particular kind of Green Tea. Iam using a drug store brand one so I guess any green tea toner or serum might work

Is there a better device to be used for pets? I kind of pass through it but never really gave attention but as far as I know there is a specific device for pets. However, if the device is not available, lamps can also help pets with their muscles and cell regeneration.

@ReyLight that’s a good article. I will be reading that later on. I was able to pass through to it but later I will get back to it. Are you using the IRL for anti-aging too or just a curious cat like me too?

The use of RLT to treat infections is in its infancy and faces several limitations that need to be overcome for its significant future application as therapeutics for infectious diseases. Key issues to address will be methods for delivery of both light and photosensitizer to sites of infection. Because delivery of light is almost by definition a localized process, PDT for infection is limited to the areas of body where light can be delivered relatively easily such as skin and body cavities.

Also if you want you can read RubyLux’s CERTIFICATION AND QUALITY STANDARDS so you’ll be more informed and know that the lights are tested to give quality and assurance.

Yes. As long as you keep the suggested distance it wont hurt your eyes. The suggested distance is 6 to 12 inches from the panel/bulb that you are using.
