MissOiParticipant
@paulineee003 I am not particularly sure as I am only using red light.
MissOiParticipantcan anyone enlighten me what is SAD and what is it for?
MissOiParticipant@littlered it was great knowing that you finally figured out what product to use <3 update us.
MissOiParticipantiI have not experience getting burnt as far as I am using it. I am basking on RLT for 40mins to an hour.
MissOiParticipantI think it safe physically but it will take some time for you to see visible results and as per @DefianceLulu it is better if it is done in clinics.
MissOiParticipantI have a few dots of that hyperpigmentation. I think it is starting to fade after using RLT and also RubyLux’s light mask.

MissOiParticipant@mhariedive My mom would really like this too unfortunately she cannot enjoy this anymore. However, I am glad that this is becoming a bonding of you and your mom.

RLT is beneficial for old generation because it helps with hair loss and anti-aging also it lessens the effect of memory loss.
MissOiParticipantHello, should I put the green tea after or before I use RLT on my face?
November 3, 2020 at 3:32 pm in reply to: Is infrared light therapy only good for my body? or can I use for my pet? #1231MissOiParticipant@mommyheart there’s actually a lot of devices that animals can use. here’s an example

Meaning it really is awesome not just for humans.
MissOiParticipantI agree with @PinkComet, there won’t be any harmful side effects though you might not also get your desired result if you will do that routine.
