iI have not experience getting burnt as far as I am using it. I am basking on RLT for 40mins to an hour.
I think it safe physically but it will take some time for you to see visible results and as per @DefianceLulu it is better if it is done in clinics.
I have a few dots of that hyperpigmentation. I think it is starting to fade after using RLT and also RubyLux’s light mask.

But everything should be limited for kids. They have lower tolerance to everything. There’s also the risk of minor burns and pigmentation.

RLT is beneficial for old generation because it helps with hair loss and anti-aging also it lessens the effect of memory loss.

Also I found out that there are particular devices that can be used directly to animals like dog, horses, turtles and a whole lot more. Meaning it really is awesome not just for humans.
I agree with @PinkComet, there won’t be any harmful side effects though you might not also get your desired result if you will do that routine.
