I added red lights in our house and I can say that I did a wonderful job. I just hope that the Home Sauna of rubylux was release earlier so that’s what I install in my bathroom. But anyways, it was a great experience. after showering, I open my NIR light in my bathroom while preparing and it was awesome. I recommend to you guys to install a NIR or RL inside your bathroom.

Hi lovely ladies and gentlemen. I just want to ask. Did you guys consult your doctor or did your doctor recommended for you to try RLT before buying it or you just made the decision all by yourself and did what you have to do? Not that I am saying it is bad. I am just curious as how many was recommended by it.

Yes Carol, it is safe to use with your pets as long as you will not focus the lights in their eyes as they have more sensitive eyes than us humans.

It just occur to me. Do you gals think there will be difference depending on the weather? I mean, if I use it daily during summer where the sun is seen the most, how about during winter? Will there be any difference when it comes to it’s performance or result?

Hi Renee, I do not know just yet cause this is the first time I hear that even allergies can be helped by red light. I will try and check what Marianne recommended and then tell you how it goes for me.

I have had allergies for as far as I can remember. And I have been taking medicines for it. If RLT will help me with these it might even make me stop from taking those medications.

yayanyayan. Yes!me too. at first I never actually noticed it. It just so happen that I got concerned because my dog stays with me inside the room while i am using the red light. So I searched through the internet for some studies and I am happy to know that it won’t affect them badly except for they are just so sensitive when it comes to the light being emitted by the LED

    Hello catherine,

It is not required that you wear eye protection, nevertheless the lights are very bright and may be uncomfortable for some individuals with sensitivities to light. So you can use sunglasses if you are not that sensitive with the light.

Yes Author you are right. especially if you are still new and unsure. It is best to consult someone who is an expert/practitioner. That’s what I did before ordering my red light. I asked my doctor if it is something that would be bad for my health. He said that it won’t have andno proven claims that there will be negative effect for my health but be sure to always maintain proper diet as red light therapy is something that should be done on a regular basis to achieve optimal result. Thank you for this advice, author.

    Rosiee,

thank you for your tips! I will do that. I currently have one as a lamp on my bedside, I am using it before going to sleep. Do you think it is alright to leave it on over night or it is a bad idea?

    Thank you for answering me.

This comments are all true. I am getting good night’s sleep and even afternoon nap better than before. after using NIR lights I never woke up grumpy. I always feel relaxed and calm. It does not just help with healing of wounds and scars it also has indirect effects for your muscles as it can penetrate deeper to your skin so it soothes your body’s tensions.

I use it with a companion, my pet, and normally I use it when it’s time for relaxing. It helps me calm down and have a nap. after the said nap, I will wake up happily as it increase my energy.

Same here, due to the pandemic a lot of things got messed up for me too. But luckily I have more time to take care of myself at home.
