    @floatronie – yes you’re correct, blue is more into skin treatment. You may use the red light before bed to help you fall asleep faster and longer.

    As I’ve mentioned to the other thread, you may use different lights. Every light has it’s own benefits so you should check their use. I think you can find information from rubyluxlights.com

    I’m also using that brand for my blue light therapy. You may also use different lights to your Sauna if you’re building one. Just remember that each light has their own benefits.

    Hi, I’ve mentioned before that red light boost my energy, I’ve also learned that green light can also help you to relax your whole body.

    As far as I’ve been using this, I’m not getting any side effects. Maybe you’ll get a side effect if you use a light in a wrong way.

    Hi, blue for sauna also give the benefits of relaxations. It also a treatment if you have a headache, migraines, cold, stress and other stuffs.

    Hi, I just read that the RubyLux emits renewing, healing infrared light in the red and near infrared wavelengths associated with pain relief, increased circulation, faster recovery times, collagen production, rejuvenation and renewal and peaks at 850nm. At 4 inches distance, it emits 1,431 mW/cm2. I hope this help some questions.

    @leydicarol001 – Blue therapy is using wavelength range to eliminate bacteria acnes on our skin and to control the condition before an outbreak occurs. Also, it can treat conditions like skin cancer, mood disorders and sleep disorders.

    @regiregiregi03 – Same here! Before, after a few workout I’ve gotten so tired that I can’t hardly exercise anymore. After using red light, I felt that It boost my energy and rejuvenate red blood cells in my body and the white ones.
