    @DefianceLulu and they are not open as of now as far as I know. So I guess having your own is very practical and useful. Your family can also enjoy it, not just you on a spa day.

    And also, it is not a good idea to rely with just the RLT because we all know even acne scars and muscle pain needs a lot of session and daily use before we see great results.

    CutiePie, yeah. I am following the 6inches distance from the lamp to my body and I am also avoiding putting moisturizer on my body and face before i do RLT.

    Hmm. using a regular sunglasses might or might not work for protecting your eyes. So I guess if you think it is helping you as much as the goggles will, it’s fine.

    Hi ladies (and gentlemen if any)

    I was recommended to use light therapy as a remedy for my wrinkles. And reading your comments made me wonder, because I am 33 years old and have a lot of wrinkles. Do you think I would need to use it a little longer?

    Hello, I am also suffering from winkles and was advised to use these red light as a part of skin care. Do you think I need to use other products like creams, serums and facial scrub or I can just use the lights alone?
