I’ve also found out that you may also try the green light for sauna for relaxation and calming effect.
rafrafrafraf001ParticipantI just want to add, if you’re having some depression problems. Then, you may try the green light therapy. It can help you to relax and it can reduce some redness on your skin. Just don’t use it directly to your eyes because it might hurt you.

Some people love doing a treatment first thing in the morning because it gives them a natural energy boost. While others prefer evening to help unwind and relax after a busy day. In other words, try to experiment and see what’s best for your body.
