    Hmm, In our case we’re not seeing any side effects from using this. Also, our baby is enjoying her sleep with the red light therapy.

    @mariedith – Yes, when ultra violet light hits our skin unprotected it can cause photodamage in the deepest layer of the skin and it takes years before becoming visible.

    Well, if you’re having this kind of depression. I suggest you to try the green light therapy. Daily exposure to green light was just as effective in treating depression symptoms caused by seasonal affective disorder.

    Speaking of boosting the immune system. I totally agree with this. Some people think this therapy can cure this coronavirus. But in reality, old people really need this to boost their immune system and some other benefits to avoid some severe complications of covid-19.
