I’ve been using this for 3 weeks now, I don’t see any bad effects on my body. But that device looks amazing that will help people with allergies.
ReyLightParticipantI’m also considering on getting a DIY sauna inside my house. Thanks @marjorie1969 for this info.
ReyLightParticipant@justine charles -As for me, I’m using this rubylux because it’s working perfectly fine for my body. You should give it a try if you’re not comfortable with the brand that you’re using.
ReyLightParticipantI’m also new on using this red light therapy. At first, I’m still not convince to use this because of the mindset of getting a bad result from it. But, after trying this one I’m getting a lot of good benefits. I’m on my 3rd week now and I’m enjoying the benefits specially on lowering my blood pressure.
ReyLightParticipantHi, I’ve posted here a month ago about the good and bad result of using this. But, after using this for 3 weeks now I don’t see any bad outcome and all I got are good benefits. So, I will continue on using this.
ReyLightParticipant@regiregiregi03 – I agree with this, if we really want to avoid this kind of virus then, we need to boost our immune system and that’s why red light therapy is important because of the benefits from it.
ReyLightParticipant@niconico88 – Actually yes, I just read before that you can use any green tea as long as it’s antioxidant. You may also do a DIY green tea but, some people are saying it’s not applicable.

ReyLightParticipant@memyselfandi – Sauna therapy can be beneficial for conditions like psoriasis and asthma, while red light therapy can improve the tone and texture of skin, including wound and scar healing, and it can be beneficial for sleep and mood.
November 9, 2020 at 6:04 pm in reply to: Is infrared light therapy only good for my body? or can I use for my pet? #1421ReyLightParticipantAs I’ve mentioned a month ago, this is also good for our pets. I recommended this to my neighbor, and she is really happy because her pet’s skin allergy disappeared.
ReyLightParticipant@MamaGee – Hi, you may get some blue light on their website. I think that’s rubyluxlights.com
ReyLightParticipantI’ve read that Red light therapy can help improve skin issues, wrinkles and scars. I’ve read everything here
ReyLightParticipantI’ve heard that light therapy can help improve depression on daily use.
ReyLightParticipantI’ve read that there are good and bad results of using this.
