“Hello All,
I need your help in choosing a therapy type.
I took a friend’s advice and read through some of the research done on light therapy. Why are near-infrared and red light therapy the most talked-about?. Which should I use? Thanks.”
It depends on your needs I guess. So it is best to know what you need first so you can depend on that the type of light you will be choosing.
RoseBudParticipantI am not particularly using that kind of goggles. Do you think its fine? Or I need a protective one?
RoseBudParticipantI do not think that only old people should boost their immune system. Based on research and outputs of data, anyone can be at risk. Even if you have a strong immune system, you can still have it. So it is better to be safe than sorry.
RoseBudParticipantI am thinking. It may not have side effects now but will there ever be after so many years of using it like, say, 10 to 20 years?
RoseBudParticipantI suggest you do the things you normally do when it is summer. Unless it includes being outside. You can also learn a new hobby. Like cooking, baking or even knitting. That’s what my sister is doing. She is learning how to bake because when she’s not doing anything, her anxiety is taking it’s toll on her. I am sorry to hear that you are having a hard time this season. I may not know how it feels, but I know what it looks like. There’s always “light” 🙂
RoseBudParticipantIt is really up to you if you think your body is already having enough for the day. It can cause sunburns for some and I guess nothing more.
